Red Hot Living Podcast presents Rebecca Marina, EFT Expert and Channel Discusses the Divine Feminine

I struggled for many years trying to “do it by the book”,
which turns out to be a really vanilla approach to life (and
I’m NOT vanilla, more the chocolate & spice type!).
Being safe and bland just doesn’t really help anybody!

So I love examples of other women who have overcome
their insecurities and who tell it like it is!

One of the women who inspires me is Rebecca Marina.
She definitely tells it like it is! And in the process, she
really connects with people on the gut & heart level!

I had fun interviewing her, hearing some of her story (she’s
a glowing example of a Phoenix who has risen anew in her
life), getting some exciting tips and finding out what’s next,
including her upcoming Wild Woman Woodland Retreat.

Listen here!

She also has several freebies that you can get when
you register on her site , Celebration Healing.

Here is the list of books Rebecca mentioned on this podcast:
Free resources by Rebecca Marina :
Angel Steps to Prosperity (This is an easy, daily step-by-step book on how to enlist your angels, and much more!)
Triumph in the Marketplace (for women, and men, building businesses, especially in healing)
Other books:
Sylvia Brown - Mother God
Les Giblin - How to have confidence and Power in Dealing with People
Harv Eker - Secrets of the Millionaire Mind
Norman Vincent Peale - Power of Positive Thinking
Betty Eadie - Embraced by the Light
Claude Bristol - The Magic of Believing
And
Dr. Christine Horner - Waking the Warrior Goddess: Dr Christine Horner’s Program to Protect Against & Fight Breast

Red Hot Living Podcast welcomes the Wahl Sisters and their play: e. all of the above

Sometimes, it
feels hard to be Red Hot! But isn’t it
ironic that as we work through those times we discover those deepest, most
passionate, most Red Hot parts of ourselves?!

On days I’m
feeling beige or light pink instead of Red Hot, I always feel better when I
hear other people’s stories and hear their magnificent courage and inspiring
examples. They remind me that there are
so many ways of looking at life and so many good things to be found there, no
matter what the circumstances!

So I was excited
to interview Stephanie Wahl and Elaine Wahl-Temple and hear them share their
story, their choices, and their sisterly love and humorous, inspirational
approach to life.

Their
fourth production together is “e. all of the above”
. This is funny and poignant exploration of the wide range of choices in
life, with a particular emphasis on those a woman faces when diagnosed with
breast cancer.

“e. all of
the above”
opened to
rave reviews in St. Augustine, Florida last October. Now Stephanie and Elaina are planning to take the play to
different communities where it will have the most impact on people’s lives.

Listen here for a
dose of inspiration and fun! And while
you’re listening, be thinking of ways you can help spread the word about their
play and bring it to your community as a unique project that would be a
fundraiser and raise awareness of breast cancer and surviving and
thriving.

To bring the Wahl
sisters and “e. all of the above” to your community or cruise
line, go to www.ealloftheabove.net
and contact Elaina or Stephanie.

And if you have
suggestions for other inspiring podcasts on Red Hot Living, go to just drop me
an email.

Remember: Life gives us choices. Choose well and trust yourself and your
choices! You are magnificent, wise and
wonderful! Love your Red Hotness wherever it is on the scale today.

Forced Evolution - Phoenix Series

Recently I visited some galleries and happened upon an Art Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness. That’s when I met Eleanor Hughes and was touched by her series, “Forced Evolution”.

I was moved to tears with the power and love of the fourth panel in the series, “All Together”, which represents the love and support Eleanor received from family, friends and her therapist.

Although she seemed a little nervous, I talked her into being interviewed on my podcast, “Off the Beaten Path”. Listen in on BoomerYak.com as Eleanor shares her journey on her own path to healing.

In her Artist’s Statement, Eleanor says:
“I’m not interested in painting in a photorealistic way, but as an emotional response to what I see. In my figurative work I want to convey a story or a feeling.”

She describes her evolutionary process as being powerful, with “so much change I thought I couldn’t even look the same”.

Be sure to listen all the way to the end, where Eleanor shares what changes she made in her lifestyle as part of being conscious of the choices she makes for her health!

Eleanor is looking for a permanent home for this powerful series. If you have contacts, or if you want more information on doing an Art Walk for Breast Cancer, email her at elliscole<at>bellsouth<dot>net .

Red Hot Mama Phoenix Devises Unique Way to Carry Her Beer

Dorothy Kucik with Cane CaddyMeet the irrepressible Dorothy Kucik in this podcast. Dorothy is one of our Red Hot Mama Phoenixes.

Dorothy had a series of strokes on Thanksgiving 2005 that affected one side of her body. Now, at 65, she is starting a new business to market the Cane Caddy, designed by her son to carry her drinks, cell phone, etc.

Listen in to learn what went wrong in the first hours after Dorothy’s stroke to protect yourself or a loved one if that happens to you.

Not one to lie around, within a few months Dorothy was driving. Of course, you might expect that from a Red Hot Mama who was known as “the Hard Hat in High Heels”.

Dorothy says: “I can peel a mean 5 pounds of potatoes with one hand!”

She is regaining some use of her hand. She continues in rehab. The prognosis? She says: “I’m going to be jutterbugging by next year!”

The Cane Caddy won a Gold Medal Award of Merit in June, 2007 at the INPEX convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. INPEX, the Invention New Product Exposition, is the largest invention trade show in America and perhaps the world. Jay Leno loved the invention – and Dorothy – so much he featured them in a clip on his show .

For more information, click on the Cane Caddy or call 1-877-41-CADDY (877-412-2339).

Taking Up Dancing!

I talked with my friend Gwen a couple of days ago. We’ve been taking belly dancing classes together, but she couldn’t come to the last class because she’s getting ready for a ballroom dance competition.

She confessed she was a little apprehensive about the dance competition. She’s never done a solo dance like this before. Gwen is a charming petite blond with beautiful blue eyes who kisses waiters’ hand and tells them how wonderful they are. I imagine she’ll be just as charming on the dance floor!

Gwen recently read about a book that asked what you’d do if you had one year to live. She decided she wanted to ballroom dance, and for a lot more than just one year! She said,

“Life is about stretching from where you are to where you want to go.”

She also commented:

“Life gets changed around a lot, doesn’t it?”

I guess she knows! In the last few years she moved across the state when her home was damaged in a hurricane, started a new life here, just moved into her new home, is taking dance classes and performing, and just started going out with a new “friend”.

80 and Dancing!

Way to go, Gwen! You are one Red Hot Mama!
