Did you know that according to statistics, 85% of the population suffers from low self-esteem in one or more areas of their lives?
As someone whose eye-hand coordination isn’t sports compatible, I certainly relate to having low self-esteem in that area!
So I was excited to interview Dr. Joe Rubino for my podcast and help him kick-off his special mission of empowering 20 million people by raising their self-esteem.
Are you a procrastinator? Did you know that procrastination can be a symptom of low self-esteem?

Most of our self-esteem, especially if it’s low, was imprinted on us at a young age. And then, being a teenager often added to that, reinforcing our negative beliefs about ourselves! (Isn’t it amazing we lived through acne, gawkiness, awkwardness, the emotional roller-coaster of raging hormones, times of feeling like an outsider…?)
